When will my furniture arrive after I place my order?

Share your preferred delivery date and any flexibility at checkout. A BARD team member will confirm the final delivery window based on inventory, route availability, and building access.

If I only need furniture starting on a future date, how do I schedule service and when will billing start?

Choose your preferred delivery date before checkout. We accept advance reservations up to 12 months ahead, and our team will confirm the delivery window before arrival. Billing starts only after your furniture has been delivered.

Is there a deposit?

No large upfront deposit is required. The Customer Protection Plan is calculated as a monthly fee and billed together with monthly rent; details are shown before checkout so you can review the cost before committing.

What types of furniture do you offer for rental?

We offer sofas, beds, desks, chairs, dining sets, and more. A standard Bedroom Set includes a bedframe, a BARD mattress, and a nightstand. BOONE Bedroom Plus adds an adjustable standing desk set and a pumpkin lounge chair.

How long can I rent furniture for?

Choose Month-to-month (3-month minimum), 12 months, or a 24-month Subscribe-to-Own plan. Month-to-month remains billed monthly.

What does Delivery, Setup & Pickup cost?

It is one taxable $299 fee on the initial order and never repeats on renewals. The complete fee is waived only for an all-24-month rental order or with an eligible fee-only coupon entered at checkout.
