2.WHAT products does BARD have
We have everything you need for your home – sofas, beds, desks, chairs, dining sets, and more, all designed with students in mind. Our bedroom sets start at just $79/month and include everything you need, like bed frames with storage, BARD mattresses, desks, chairs, and nightstands. 3.HOW to rent furniture at BARD
- Our rental plans are flexible, ranging from month to month options to one (1) year, two (2) year, (subscribe-to-own) options.
- You can choose the rental duration that best suits your needs, and if your plans change, you can easily extend your rental period.
- Currently, we deliver to anywhere in the greater Los Angeles area. Feel free to reach out to us for your special needs! When checking out, simply enter your zip code to see delivery availability in your area.
- Pick your delivery date before you check out! We accept orders up to 12 months in advance, with a minimum 7-day lead time. Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday. Our team will confirm your delivery time 3 days beforehand, giving you flexibility. Plus, charges are only made once your furniture arrives.
- Renew Your Subscription: Extend your subscription for 1 month to 2 years. Own your furniture package for free after the new plan ends. Want to swap pieces? Just tell us, and we’ll handle it!
- Automatic Ownership: If you’re on a 2-year plan, ownership is automatic. No extra steps needed.
- Easy Returns: Life changes, and that’s okay. When your subscription ends, we’ll disassemble and remove your items. We’ll coordinate with you via email or phone, so stay in touch!”
- At BARD, we aim to have your furniture delivered and set up within just 7 days (Monday to Friday). Need it even sooner? We can make it happen for a small extra fee. Just reach out to us before placing your order!
- No, you’ll need to schedule the pickup by contacting us. It’s best to give us a heads-up 15-30 days before your lease expires.
4.PAYMENT
- We now accept a variety of payment methods. Your monthly subscription fee will be seamlessly charged to your chosen method. Plus, for our business subscribers, we offer the convenience of scheduled monthly billing. It’s just one less thing to worry about!
- Say goodbye to deposits! Instead, we’ve introduced our Customer Protection Plan (CPP) fee with every order. With this fee, Bard takes care of all risks associated with damage or loss to your leased furniture, even in the face of natural disasters like fires, floods, earthquakes, and tornadoes! The best part? You’re covered, except for specific situations like theft, negligence, or misuse. It’s peace of mind, delivered straight to your doorstep!
- Unlock your new furniture adventure with ease! During checkout, cover shipping, installation, and your first month’s subscription fee. Then, sit back and relax as automatic credit card charges kick in on the first day of your second month, keeping your experience seamless month after month.
- BARD accepts the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.
- We include a Customer Protection Plan (CPP) fee in your monthly subscription, usually around 9% of the total. This plan ensures your leased items are covered against damage or loss. If you provide us with insurance that covers the full replacement value of the items before delivery, we’ll adjust the fee. The CPP fee is charged monthly until we receive the insurance certificate. It’s our way of keeping your belongings safe and giving you peace of mind!
- No worries! Bard can arrange an early pickup of your furniture if needed. Just keep in mind, since leases are legally binding, you’ll still be responsible for the remaining payments. Reach out to us for more details if you need to move out early 🙂
