Returns & Exchanges

When you rent furniture, we want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with our furniture, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Below are our return and exchange terms:

Return terms

If you are not satisfied within 7 days after receiving the furniture, you can apply for return.
When returning items, you will need to provide the rental contract and invoice.
Furniture must be returned in its original packaging and in the same original condition.
If the furniture is damaged or defective in any way, we will deduct the appropriate charges as appropriate.
Refunds will be issued after the return has been received and its status has been checked.

Exchange terms

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.
